The tire, which is the latest version of the company’s Radial T/A product line, offers an extremely wide tread profile with large reinforced tread block elements, enabling Camaro drivers to get the most out of their vehicle’s handling. Tread compounding and variable groove angle geometry also give the tire exceptional wet traction and control while maintaining dry traction with exceptional tread life, according to BFGoodrich.
The Camaro is expected to hit the streets in April with a V-8-powered SS model, plus two sporty V-6-powered LS and LT models. The V-6-powered, 304 horsepower LS model will feature the T/A Spec tires in size P245/55R18.
